That’s a tricky one because we work on such a wide range of projects and I enjoy them all for different reasons! I would say though, my favourite have been ones where I’m working on the environmental landscape and recommending and/or assessing land management activities that will have the best positive sustainable impact on the environment.
E.g. a project I’m working on right now is assessing the impacts of land management projects created by UK farmers – it will help evidence the benefits of good sustainable land management activities (such as wildflower meadow planting, reducing pesticide use, etc.), and hopefully be a part of changing farming in this country to be better for the environment! And farmers will be paid fairly for these great, sustainable activities
