Not as many as I want to yet, but I’m excited to go to as many as possible!

I have travelled a lot for holidays and to explore in my own time, but for my job I have spent a lot of time in India, which was very interesting and nice because we have a good working relationship with friends and colleagues who live out there and take the lead on community activities. When I visit, I get to see how the projects are developing and learn about the challenges being faced by the people working there.

I am also preparing for my first trip to Malawi later this year, which is a small country in southern Africa. I will be visiting some communities in the south of the country who are currently being affected by floods and storms, to see how they respond and rebuild after these have passed. Although I haven’t been there yet, I am enjoying speaking to lots of people from Malawi and learning about its history and geography, which is an important thing to understand before you visit somewhere if you want to make the most of the experience.

I have also lived in Bosnia and Herzegovina for my work, a small country in Eastern Europe, which was one of my favourite places to visit and I really want to be able to go back there one day. There’s always more to learn about different places, even here in the UK, so I always try to make sure I explore and experience as much as I can wherever I go!
