Very broad question!
In terms of my job, I love working on projects that help do good for the planet and for people. I do miss being outdoors and sometimes working at a desk 5 days a week is difficult, but exciting projects do make it worth it a lot of the time.
We spend a lot of time at work, so I’m lucky to have a job I find really interesting and that makes good change happen!
I really enjoy doing research as I love learning and asking questions. It can feel a bit lonely sometimes because my work is completely desk based (this means I don’t do work in a laboratory, or go out and do field work) and my supervisors don’t live in the UK anymore. However, I do love getting to work from home because it means I can play with my cat, go for a walk, or go for a run during my lunch break.
